If you are not happy with your Dashnox purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees.

How to start a return

Email hi@switchtovero.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Please return items with all included accessories.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and return shipping is on us.

1-Year Warranty

Every Dashnox product is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. If your product stops working under normal use, email us and we will repair or replace it.
